Deepcut Barracks Development
Support of reserved matters application across multiple parcels with survey, modelling, and façade mitigation strategy for a major residential redevelopment.
We assisted Bloor Homes in the delivery of three residential parcels forming part of the redevelopment of the wider former Deepcut Barracks site. Noise survey data and road traffic forecasts were used to inform a predictive noise model, which guided façade design and ensured acceptable internal noise levels throughout the scheme.
